Officers
Use the Main Menu’s WRITE button to select the NATURE of an incident report using everyday language. ISIS, using our unique Pseudonym Feature, automatically converts the author’s incident report description into your department’s proper terminology and then automatically presents the correct report form to use. Officer time and frustration is minimized. Supervisors and managers avoid having to re-code reports. Management analysis is performed with accurate data.

Dispatchers
Use the DISPATCH button on the Main Menu for Dispatch Reporting such as taking service and response requests.

The SEARCH button on the Main Menu is for researching such items as parking violations and trespass warning history. Search features include photo, person and vehicle searches.

Supervisors, Investigators and Managers
ANALYZE DATA using the ADMIN functions include sorting the MASTER LOG and approving reports. ISIS provides a virtually limitless variety of management reports and look-ups that can be defined and memorized By the author.

ISIS Users, according to Administrator assigned rights, May use the MASTER LOG or USER LOG.
Officers interrupted in the Midst of writing a report use the User Log to return to their incident report in progress.
Managers and Investigators use the MASTER LOG as a first step in reviewing field activity. The MASTER LOG look-up can be filtered and memorized as a USER LOG to display only those items of interest. Managers may begin their day with a review of specific incident types.
